The only 991v2 that’s worked for me fit wise was the stone island pair. I tried multiple core grey and each gave me heel slippage at the same size, unfortunately. Guess I’ll be saving money 😂

These are very nice, thanks for the early review. I have too many pink shoes so probably won’t go for these. Wonder if more color blocking would have also worked with this pink.

I got the 991v2 after owning two pairs of 990v6’s and the 991v2’s are noticeably tighter in the toe box. No bueno

The shashiko lows are great would have appreciated the normal low cut tho🙌🏻

I think this model looks better than the 990 v6 and alternate 999 series; however, I’ve been hesitant to cop because of how narrow they appear to be! Thanks Josh!

big air max 95 fan here. as soon as i saw the leaked pics online of these i thought of how similar they are to the 95s. i do believe that new balance wanted a share of the 95s market when they released this one back in the 90s. looking forward to trying them on store though cuz there is no chance i'll go half a size down without trying them lol. cheers brother

Got my pair yesterday. So disappointing. Ordered off of the Nike app. Didn’t even come with any paper, or tissue paper inside the shoes. Not even the red tag I see everyone else got on theirs. Just tossed into the box… at 1st inspection they looked perfect, but after looking closer; glue stains, dirt, embroidery on one tongue had started to unravel, the right shoe lace had loose threads, and also scuff marks and cuts on the toe guard (?). On feet they were ok, not extremely comfortable as everyone else claims. And the shoes are as everyone also said on the smaller side, as I got mines in my regular true to size. More so the tongue of the shoes rather than the toe box even though it fit narrow. Material wise tho it looks great, it felt cheap in hand. The mesh is super thin compared to Asics and New Balance. And why are the laces so short? tho not super expensive, at this price point and due to all the hype, I expected way more from Nike after watching all these unboxing and review videos before getting them. Love the look, not the lack of quality. Not sure wether to return them or not as I’ve been trying for months now to cop various Asics styles without luck as the color way I wanted (silver) was always sold out or the shoes came defect as usual when made in Vietnam, these where no different, why I ordered these V2K runners in the 1st place as I get almost the same look. But if I return and place a new order, I fear the shoes will be worse than the previous pair. Bummer.
